  • Open source web based help desk. Written in Perl. Runs on Unix and Windows boxes. Optional MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server modules. First public release 12/10/03.
  • Hosted help desk solution. Features bulletin board style communications, email based ticket submission with support for html-only messages and multiple file attachments, intelligent ticket routing using departments and 4 tiers escalation model. Provides embedded customer database for easy tracking of customer details like contact info or service options. Hosted on two node failover cluster. Service started 11/2003.
Past (customer support and bug fixes only)
  • The solution for those, who prefer corresponding with customers using their favorite email program, while requiring two major functions every customer service system must support: service ticket tracking and operator assignment. Written in Perl. Runs on Unix and Windows boxes.
  • E-commerce solution. Features customer database management, flexible billing schedules, online credit cards processing and shopping cart. Written in Perl. Plain text database. Runs on Unix and Windows. First public release 02/2001.
  • Membership management software. Web site password protection via .htaccess/.htpasswd files (Apache web server only). Written in Perl. First public release 09/19/01.
  • The package allows to measure Sales-to-Hit, Lead-To-Hit, Sales-To-Lead ratios for different sources of introduction, such as search engines, PPC and other advertising services. Written in Perl. First public release 06/21/02.
